Nestled in the heart of Goslar, the newly managed Schiefer offers a remarkable blend of modern comfort and historical charm. As a passionate architect, I appreciated the thoughtful layout of the two-story suite; the spacious downstairs living room set the stage for relaxation, while the serene upstairs bedroom provided a peaceful retreat. But the true gem is the culinary innovation at the hotel's bar-restaurant. I enjoyed a delightful meal that encapsulated local flavors with a contemporary twist. The ambiance felt warm yet sophisticated, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the quaint streets. Breakfast was uniquely delivered to my room, complete with a variety of rolls and cheeses that started my day right. Although somewhat unconventional, this arrangement allowed for a leisurely morning. I'd definitely recommend this place to fellow food enthusiasts!
